Eugenics, dysgenics, and human population control

Eugenics are practices aimed at improving genetic composition of a population. Dysgenics is the study of factors producing disadvantageous genes in offspring. Boys and girls have the same IQ (intelligence quotient), but adult men have higher IQ level than adult women by 4 to 6 points. The IQ of children greatly depends on their environment, but when these children grow up, their genes have much greater impact on their IQ than their environment. About 75% to 90% of adult human IQ is heritable.

Before WWII everyone was aware of the fact that some people have better genes than others. European nobility still does not marry outside its class to protect its genes. After WWII the Western societies were turned upside down. Those who have the highest IQ have fewest children. 40% of German women with college education have no children at all. On the other hand, inner cities swell with unemployable low-IQ minorities.

Most dark-skinned people have low IQ (intelligence), but some black (Negroid) genes are superior to white (Caucasian) genes. Blacks have more acute eye-sight, and their muscles twitch faster, which makes them better jumpers and sprinters. Whites are world's best weight lifters because their muscles twitch slowly. About 2% of blacks (and a few hundred Italians) have a gene which makes it possible to consume large amounts of saturated fat without any rise in the blood's cholesterol. There is nothing wrong with non-white immigrants, as long as they are smart, healthy, educated, law-abiding, and having the Western mindset.

Australian Aborigines do not starve and have access to Western public schools, and yet they have dismal average IQ of 62 and incredibly high crime rate. Their low IQ can be explained by their unique genes, their small brains, their very long isolation from global gene pool, and their tribal taboos against the marriage with people outside the tribe. The Aborigines are permanently unemployable because it takes the IQ of about 75 to be competent fast food restaurant worker.

At present the main purpose of eugenics is removal and disabling of harmful genes. In the long term eugenics will attempt to improve human genome using non-human (transgenic) genes. For example, birds have more efficient lungs than mammals, including humans. Eyes of octopuses do not have the blind spot. Hawks have better visual acuity than humans. Transgenic humans may have these desirable traits. Eugenics and population control are the only ways to end global starvation, ecocide, and poverty.

Three eugenic methods are available now: sperm banks, sterilization, and preimplantation genetic diagnosis (PGD). PGD is rather versatile, but prohibitively expensive - it costs about U.S. $40,000 per child. Sterilization (vasectomy for males, quinacrine for females) costs only a few hundred dollars. A "genius sperm bank" created by Robert Klark Graham, has been closed in 1999. All its sperm samples were destroyed. All eugenic tools that are available now are primitive. We desperately need sophisticated, affordable genetic tools that enable all parents to select the best genes for their children.

Forced sterilization of irresponsible parents parents who make crippled, low-IQ children is as controversial as abortion - the rights of women clash with the rights of unborn babies. The forced sterilization of irresponsible parents may be necessary, and would be a violation of their human rights. On the other hand, human rights of children are violated when they are born crippled. I would rather defend the human rights of children.

Full-blooded Europeans, regardless of ideology or religion, will always rise to the top. However, to make everybody more intelligent is not necessarily a good idea; miscegenation is not good in any case, but having too many really bright people - like myself! - means that there will be fewer Europeans happy to take menial jobs; they would get too bored.

Nearly all scientists, inventors, great artists, great thinkers, and great industrialists have been Caucasians because Caucasians have high average IQ and large IQ spread. Mongoloids are best workers and engineers because they have high average IQ and low IQ spread. Mongoloids are smart enough to innovate mature products (cars, appliances, etc.) but they are not smart enough to invent completely new products. (I can.)

This idea is not obvious, and is not easy to prove. I believe that diversity is more important that everything else and I wrote philosophical article about it. If diversity is good, then diversity of human races is also good, and mixing all races into one brown race is a bad idea. The miscegenation of Bushmen and Pygmies (average IQ = 54) with Ashkenazi Jews (average IQ = 110) is especially bad idea. On the other hand, low-level miscegenation is a good idea because it creates opportunity for the best genes to spread to all races.

In my opinion all people who work for someone else are slaves. Their jobs are boring. They work not because they enjoy their jobs, but because they have to pay their mortgages. If you offer them high salary, they will do any job. Japan has a labor shortage, but it does not import foreign labor; it automates jobs that were done by low-IQ workers.

Assembly-line jobs are moving to poor countries. The remaining low-IQ jobs are for dishwashers, trash collectors, janitors, maids, caregivers, some construction jobs, meat processing, and some farm jobs (fruit picking and sorting). There are no statistics about these jobs because they are mostly low-paid jobs for illegal immigrants. According to Polaris Project, U.S. restaurant industry employs 1.4 million illegal immigrants. According to Bear Stearns Asset Management Inc. report: "Undocumented immigrants are gaining a larger share of the job market, and hold approximately 12 to 15 million jobs in the United States (8% of the employed)."
